I usually am able to ship orders the next business day. Every so often, it may take me two business days to pack and ship an order.

I accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping and the original shipping cost is not refundable.

If damage occurs during shipping, I will need your help in filing a shipping insurance claim and then I will refund your purchase price. Normally, I just need a few photos sent of the damaged piece and the packing material. On those rare occasions when something is damaged, we'll work together to get what we need for the claim.
